01 — A Global Presence

From Dubai to Madrid, and beyond.

Founded in Dubai in 2020 and headquartered in the UAE with its European HQ in Madrid, Huspy currently operates across two strategic markets — the United Arab Emirates and Spain — with offices in eight cities: Dubai and Abu Dhabi in the UAE, and Madrid, Valencia, Alicante, Denia, Ibiza and Malaga in Spain.

With Saudi Arabia launching shortly and further expansion planned across Europe from 2026 onwards (including Italy and Portugal), Huspy is building the largest home-buying platform in Europe and the Middle East.

$7 billion in transactions, every year.

Huspy facilitates over $7 billion in real estate transactions every year across Europe and the Middle East. Since launching in 2020, the company has helped more than 25,000 people buy their home.

Revenue has grown more than tenfold since 2022 — with its Spanish real estate business achieving over 20x year-on-year growth in 2024 alone.

03 — Tech First

A proprietary platform. Built end to end.

Huspy is built around a proprietary technology platform that unifies every step of a real estate transaction. From the Agent Super App — with instant property valuations powered by big data, integrated CRM and AI-driven scheduling — to a broker portal connected to over 25 banks, every tool is designed to maximise efficiency.

In 2025, Huspy also launched the GCC's first AI-powered mortgage chatbot, setting a new standard for the industry.
